Service Description

Indexary provides one-time deployments designed to support search discovery, indexing, and presence. Indexary is not an SEO agency and does not provide ongoing services unless explicitly stated.

No Guarantees

Indexary does not guarantee rankings, traffic levels, or specific search outcomes. Search engines control indexing and ranking decisions.

Managed Distribution

Deployments may be queued, paced, varied, or adjusted to preserve editorial quality and system integrity.

Editorial Discretion

Indexary reserves the right to determine how, when, and where content or mentions are placed.

Acceptable Use

Indexary may limit or refuse deployments that attempt to manipulate search engines, abuse the system, or violate applicable laws.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to deployment. Once a deployment has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Indexary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Indexary indicates acceptance of the current terms.
